Ein günstiges und empfehlenswertes Hotel an günstiger Lage

Tolle Lage. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Overall I loved the hotel and the location is excellent. However, the staff (especially Sabrina and Mehmet) were so friendly and welcoming. I have already recommended the hotel to my friends and will definitely be coming back.

Die Renovierten Zimmer sind gut geworden. Personal sehr Freundlich. Lounge zum Kaffe oder Tee holen ist auch gut. Auch der Snack und Getränkeautomat ist gut, Preislich sogar sehr gut, günstiger als viele Tankstellenshops oder Automaten der Firma mit dem "S" am anfang.

Mittelmässiger Komfort ( Möbel veraltet, zum Teil mit Flecken und Löcher, Frottierwäsche dünn und alt, Schlafkomfort nicht gegeben.

while staying at the hotel, the experience was impressive. The size of the room for the family is quite spacious, can enjoy the view from the balcony room. Maybe for a holiday at another time, I will stay back at this hotel.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel an Top-Lage. Tolles, zuvorkommendes und sehr freundliches Personal an der Reception. Kompliment! Etwas lautes Housekeeping-Personal, quatscht am morgen früh zuviel. Möblierung und Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sonst empfehlenswert.

Das Personal war durchs Band sehr Freundlich, Kompetent und Hilfsbereit. Sie sind absolut auf dem Niveau eines 4-Stern Hotel, ich würde sogar sagen, dass das Niveau für ein 5-Stern Hotel reicht. Weiter so, ihr macht das wirklich toll. Zum Zimmer, Lounge und Restaurant kann ich leider nicht dieselben Lobenden Worte benützten. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, dass ich für zwei Nächte 712 fr ausgegeben habe und überhaupt kein Mehrwert für mein Geld gefunden habe. Das Badzimmer war nicht sauber. Über meinem Hotelzimmer wurde umgebaut und entsprechend von Lärm geplagt. Die sogenannte "Lounge" ist einfach zwei Ledersofas mit 4 Ledersessel und eine Kaffeemaschine – das Wort Lounge wurde hier ganz klar fälschlicherweise benützt. Um ehrlich zu sein, werde ich das nächste Mal nicht wieder im Metropol übernachten.

Enjoyed our stay with you. As mentioned above, Diane checked us in, and basically got the whole stay on a good start and offered services like baggage storage and shuttle to the train station, all without being asked, but just responding with her own initiative from understandng a guest's needs.

für 4* OK Abzug gibt es für die Matratze, die zu dünn war.. der Haustechniker soll doch Warmwasser im Lavabo (Zimmer 31) anschauen. möglicherweise ist eine Dichtung defekt.

Ein nettes freundliches Hotel Mich irritierte nur Warum so viele Asiaten in den Geschäften im Hotel Gibt doch auch Schweizer Verkäufer wir sind in der Schweiz nicht in China

Leider war das Restaurant sehr schlecht geheizt, anscheinend besteht ein Problem mit der Heizung, eigentlich Schade, so wird es natürlich nicht gemütlich.

Comme à chaque fois j'ai passé un excellent séjours dans votre Hôtel.

Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Auffrischung wäre schön. Teppichboden im Zimmer wirkt eher unhygienisch und staubig, würde ich ersetzen. Ein Doppelbett wäre komfortabler, als zwei aneinander geschobene Betten. Dusche anstatt Brause in Badewanne wäre ebenfalls komfortabler.

Amazing experience of staying with metropole at interlaken. Centrally located with very friendly and informative staff. The rooms are quite big with a really good view of the Alps. My first time in Switzerland was worthwhile with this amazing hotel

Wir sind zufrieden mit alles, war viele Sache nicht gut

Alles OK, Publikum mühsam aber das hat nichts mit Ihnen zu tun, das hat mit Interlaken zu tun und dem Drang vom Jungfraubahnen-Kessler möglichst Viele aufs Jungfrau zu bringen. Stimmung im Haus/Ausstrahlung irgendwie trocken, alle etwas "unbeteiligt" am Geschehen

Overall a good experience. Was a little disappointed that a hotel with all other kinds of specials things would only have a television that has only news in English. After a whole day of trekking it would have been nice to come back to our room and relax in front of the telly for a little bit before bed time.

just not quite understand why you didn't offer the free bottle water while I checking in or during our stay, we drank one water and paid for it, then after check out you offered me two bottles of water, this is weird and not helping. if you are going to offer me water, just offer me at the beginning.

My wife and I were most impressed by this Hotel but there are a couple of issues I would raise. I believe that the room could use another chair so that at least two are available. I would like to see soap and shampoo provided rather than the squeeze bottle that is provided in the shower, I understand that the squeeze bottle means there is less waste and would obviously reduce costs, but I am old fashioned and prefer bath soap and shampoo as seperate items. Regarding the shower, I am not a fan of showers that are situated in baths whereby you have to step in and out of the bath, these bath/shower combinations are a recipe for disaster, people fall and do terrible damage to themselves, they are not an option for people with disabilities or elderly people, I do not like them. While you do provide coffee/tea 24 hours a day in the Fitness area, I believe this facility should be in the room.

One of the worst hotel I ever had although of the location and the city being one of the best resorts worldwide if not the best.

The visit to your hotel was included in the rail tour we did through Switzerland, a fantastic trip which I will be recommending to to everyone.

Average... reception, rooms, corridors and lobby area needs to be refurbished

The refurbished rooms are nice but more reminiscent of a 3 star IBIS. Soap dispensers not fitting for a 4* hotel No doors on clothes hanging areas, everything open. Only one drawer No hooks in bathroom is inexcusable Safe built in over the fridge means contents of safe are roasting hot after a day

For the price, it’s not great value for money. Even for ironing we had to go to another floor which is first in my life that I have seen in any hotel so far.

It's not very owu, for tea and coffee we have to go to other floor, nothing is in the room. For small small thing we have to go to other area to get... More money but less facility in the room. Tea coffee, ironing etc. We just get room nothing else in the name of health and safety.

Excellent location, close to everything but very outdated

Comme indiqué plus haut, je pense que vous devriez contrôler vos matelas. Il faudrait également que dans vos chambre, nous puissions avoir un menu du restaurant ce qui permettrai aux clients de se faire une idée des plats proposé, sans monter au sommet de la tour
